He discussed in details with
the beneficiaries regarding the needs, implementation
and participation in the programme.

As far as utilisation of funds received is concerned,
the 1st installment received for SEEDS, has been spent
as per the following break up.

1 )	Loan has been disbursed to all the 6 SHG’s @ Rs.
18000/- per Group which comes to 108,000/-  and;
2 )	Assistance has been provided to all the group
members @ Rs.6,000/- per group under food for work
programme, which comes to Rs. 36,000/-.
3 )	Other administrative expenses has been borne by
the organisation itself.
Now as per the utilisation of loan part is concerned
raw materials has been procured by each group from the
local market and farmers. The production process has
already been started. The Programme started of late
due to non realisation of funds in time. Although we
received the 1st installment in the 1st week of
October, but the realisation of the check become
possible in the last part of Nov. Practically the
activities under this programme started in the month
of Dec. only. During this quarter, the development has
taken place as per mentioned above.
Since time is running fast and the programme is half
way, the 2nd and final installment of the budget may
kindly be released soon to enable the groups to
procure more materials immediately since materials in
the market may not be available for long. Hence it is
the need of the hour to help them in doing so.
